Returning

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned. Other items such as necklaces, bags and accessories can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The cost of returning are at your own expense.

Please make sure the items you wish to return are properly packaged. To make the process faster, we recommend that you add a bill to the package about which order it concerns (for example, "Return Number #9999"). Upon receipt of the return, the items will be checked and the amount will be refunded immediately via the same payment method. Via iDeal, Bancontact and PayPal, the amount will be refunded immediately.
